Design of 26-bed Hostel and refurbishment of existing stone grain store in Killarney town centre.

The structural floor design included the use of fire rated T-beam flooring with brick infill and screed finish.

External circulation was provided by 160dp suspended concrete floors on cedar post & beam structure.

Winner of the Best Commercial Building at the Brick Awards 2015, London, UK.
