Camera Obscura, Derrinturn

Competition winning entry for the renovation of existing dilapidated windmill tower into a cultural center with Camera Obscura. The design included for retention of all existing masonry structure, stabilisation with brickwork and provision of stepped timber structure for roof and Camera Obscura support. The external timber is to be treated by charring.
